1.1 Reservation: To secure a booking with Inspiration Desert Tour, a written confirmation via email or our website booking form is required.

1.2 Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is payable in cash (EUR, USD, GBP, or MAD) upon arrival or via bank transfer 15 days prior to the trip start date.

1.3 Pricing: Prices quoted are per person or per group as specified. Prices include transportation, driver/guide, fuel, accommodation (where applicable), and specified meals. Prices do not include flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, or tips.

If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing immediately. The following cancellation charges apply based on the date we receive your notification:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit (minus bank transaction fees).
• 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
• No Show: 100% of the total trip cost is charged.

Note: Inspiration Desert Tour reserves the right to cancel any trip due to force majeure (extreme weather, political instability, etc.). In such cases, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

3.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information (name, email, phone number, passport details) solely for the purpose of organizing your trip and ensuring your safety.

3.2 Data Usage: Your data is used to process bookings, send confirmation emails, and contact you regarding your itinerary. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

3.3 Security: We implement standard security measures to protect your data. All payment transactions are processed through secure gateways.

3.4 Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze site traffic. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings.

4.1 Insurance: Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate coverage for medical emergencies, cancellation, and luggage loss.

4.2 Risk: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, desert expeditions involve inherent risks (off-road driving, remote locations). Golden Desert Tour accepts no liability for personal injury, illness, or loss of property unless caused by our proven negligence.

4.3 Authority: The decision of the driver/guide is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip.
